We want to clarify that we won't be restoring items
Our staff know that we will receive countless requests to restore discarded items and wrongly purchases and even accidental item extractions
This applies to Webshop too, please be careful and check what are you purchasing!
We want that you guys pay attention on your actions ingame and in the webshop.
With your cooperation we expect to have zero restore/exchange items requests.
If in any way the staff notice that the player is somehow trying to take any advantage or exploit the staff the player account will be blocked.
If you follow this advices in 99% of the cases you won't get any "accidental" problems.
Aion America Staff count on you to help us with this matter and pay attention to your items!
